Last weekend we bought a playset for the kids...after a lot of hassle we finally got it home and Brielle came running out to the car saying "Where is my swing set, Is it my special day?" Much to her disappointment (and ours) the playset did not come 'built'...lets just say the instructions started out by saying it would take 2 adults 6 to 12 hours... luckily we were a little faster then that. Brielle thought it was her 'special day' because now she would be... "able to go to the park everyday, in my own backyard" (her exact words)! We are all really excited...as you can see baby Dean LOVED his first ride on a swing! As you may know I am totally obsessive about keeping things neat and not trashy or silly...anyway, Brielle helped Chris hang the car swing for Dean and she got her hands on the stickers that it came with...she put every single sticker it came with on the car!!! It is all I can do to keep myself from sneaking outside right now and taking them all off...I'm a mess!

I feel your pain on that one, it would drive me crazy too! At least for now it's just "higher, daddy higher" not "faster, daddy faster". I have a feeling you wouldn't be so excited to see her on a motorcycle or 3 wheeler like we were at her age!
The swingset looks great, glad to see your finally getting some use out of your backyard.
How fun!! Your kids are getting so big and they're adorable! I'm not surprised that you and Chris were able to get it up fast . . . I'm also impressed with your VERY lovely grass! Hope all is well with you guys. Miss you.

I can hear them squeeling!!! They're having so much fun!!! and i hear you on the sticker thing. I think my future children are going to wonder why everything they do magically changes at night.

Love that car swing, I have never seen one like that. We were thinking about hanging a baby swing from our deck. That one is really cute.

Your kids look like they are in heaven. I love how their faces radiant complete joy. I bet you were the best parents in the world for at least that day. Hope you guys can enjoy the swingset for a long time.
