Tiff, you mean, bûche de Noël, not "mouth" (bouche)... Did you make it? Or is it sold in America too then? Anyway, this is a very nice bûche indeed! The meaning of bûche is log, as in the past people used to put in their fireplace the biggest log of wood they had to last the whole night of Christmas, so that they could go to church for the Christmas mass and when they got back the fire was still heating the house.
