Christmas Concerts

Brielle's dance group performed at 5 or 6 different places over the holidays...everywhere from The Festival of Tree's to Elderly Care Center's. (above: back row, middle -- in between the tree (left) and candy cane. below: far right of the trio) (above: front row, second from the end on the right -- flopping reindeer ears. below: center, front)
She also had a performance at school. She was an angel, of course (her little face is right above the bald man's head in the center). All of the pictures I took were horrible, but I wanted to include this pic. because it is crazy that she's almost a head taller than the girl next to her (right) and nearly 2 heads taller than the girl to the left...yet she is the youngest one in her class! Needless to say she is the tallest in her class.

Thanksgiving

This is my Aunt Joy -- she is actually the wife of my grandfather's brother! When I was growing up she hosted Thanksgiving for the Gledhill's ever year for over a hundred people! Every person had a seat at a table with real china and a piece of jello! It was a HUGE undertaking but I have wonderful memories! It has been years since we had Thanksgiving with Aunt Joy, but this year her daughter in law hosted a Thanksgiving dinner in honor of Aunt Joy & Uncle Dave.
We had our friends the Lundquist's in town the week of Thanksgiving. We loved having them and can't wait until they come back next year to see us again!

Halloween 2009

Brielle decided last Halloween that she wanted to be a witch (the cutest you've ever seen) and Deano LOVES 'playing' pirate...so Chris and I tried decided to be their sidekicks! Every witch needs a black cat and every pirate needs a parrot!Did I mention that Chris is such a good sport!Every year, I come up with these costume idea's for him and he actually wears them...and plays the part! He's wearing a plastic table cloth and bird feathers!!! I don't think I realized I was getting 'this' when we got married, but I feel so lucky I did because my kid's love it! These are the cutest ''scary'' faces! After a little 'Trick or treating" in our neighborhood and at Nana's & Bobpa's, we went to meet up with our friends The Asay's and Losee's.
Is there any question why they are friends...These are Brielle's favorite buddies...Cash, Golden & Starli. Brielle & Golden were hiding from the little kids...because they kept eating their candy! (Golden told his mom a couple nights before this that he was going to marry Brielle when they grew up)
Dean is not a gentle kid...but you would think he is the nicest, sweetest kid ever if you saw him with Gracie! He tells me all the time "Mommy, I 'wove' Gacie!" It's so funny, it's almost like he sees a need to protect her rather than feeling threatened (that she might take his toy)! It's fun to have good friends!

Fall Lacrosse -- BY 'Woow'

Fall 2009

Riding the carousel at the Zermatt Resort in Midway. Fall Lacrosse--Deano LOVES BYU Lacrosse games!
Pumpkin Picking!Decorating cookies with the Asay's...Deano was more interested in eating the frosting off the top of his cookie then anything else.
We also made a really cute ''Scary House''
We had so much fun visiting the witches at Gardner Village. Could these kiddo's be any cuter?

Little Angels!

Dean has decided that he want's to sleep in 'sissy's bed' EVERYNIGHT! One night, I came down to move him into his crib at about midnight and this is what I found. They are so sweet together...sometimes they 'bug' each other but most of the time they adore one another!

Welcome Fall!

We are so excited for Fall! We've got our Halloween jammies, decorations up and costumes on! Aunt Nat & Uncle Ty sent Dean this adorable Pirates of the Caribbean dress up set for his birthday! He loves being a pirate...his ''sissy'' has taught him the cutest "Arghhhh" you have ever heard! Three times in the last week Dean has brought me one of Brielle's dress-up dresses and said "Dean sissy, please''...I'm assuming he is telling me he wants to dress up like his sissy but there is no way I'm going to put him in a Minnie Mouse dress...so today I picked up this hilarious costume at Target. He LOVES it! The first thing he did was run around the house as fast as he could yelling "Buzz, Buzz!" Then, he wanted to watch Toy Story (of course) with his Buzz gun. He was so sad (6 hours later) when he had to take it off and get in the bath, he even tried to get me to put it back on before he went to bed...maybe I'm going to regret this! Oh well, don't worry you will NEVER see him out in public dressed as Buzz...that is where I draw the line!
BYU Football...hmmm, where do I go from here? We went to the game last weekend with Chris' sis and family...the highlight was definitely the cute kids!
Dean was beside himself when we bought him this BYU bball jersey! I wish I could record him saying "B Y woow," it is adorable! He points to the 'Y' and says "BYU like Daddy."
Brielle had SO much fun with her 5 boy cousins! They are so sweet with her...she had someone by her side for 4 days straight...she loved it! We love you Bryant boys!
